This is the official website of the Council of Co-Owners of ESJ Towers Condominium. All Unit Owners are members of the Council, whether you are the Full Owner of a Unit or whether you own a Premises Interest (with the right to use a Unit during the time period specified in your deed that is sometimes called a deeded timeshare owners or VOs). Owners of vacation club memberships are not members of the Council (these do not have a deed that is registered in the Puerto Rico Property Registry and are sometimes called VCs).
